Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous events, such as her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show, she continued competing for many years and set higher goals each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college diploma. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she finished third. The summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and the seated rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. How she does this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
