Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on the 13th of February, 1979) is an American actress fashion designer and model. After a brief stint as a model in the fashion industry before moving into acting when she appeared as a guest on TV shows such as Boy Meets World in the 1990s as well as High Incident. Her first film appearance was on 1997's dramatic Nowhere. The actress made her way to big roles through her appearances on American Beauty for which she was nominated for an BAFTA Award and American Pie both of which earned her wider attention.
