Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. In addition to the Road Trip role, he was also a part of The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. In addition, he has appeared in Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs as well as Scrubs, Lost Law & Order as well as many other. Qualls has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma around age 14 and has been fighting it ever since. Two years later, the cancer is now in Remission. Being treated at such a young age had an adverse effect on his body. It hampered his development. Once he was taking on the role of an actor, financial security was his goal. He had experienced poverty in his childhood. He said, "I've been living so in a state of financial sanity for so long that I'm in need of to have financial security, otherwise my life can seem out of control for me." Looking back at his childhood He wants to change the course of the bullying issue. The cruelty inflicted on him breaks his heart. Both in real life and on screen, DJ would love to be a father. The director admits that they do not cast his character in these role. One day he'd like to have a child of his own in the future, when he could be able to spend less time to his career and more time with his children.
